Auto Attendant

Ipiphony creates call flows with the help of an Interactive Voice Response (IVR)system -- a digital receptionist that will offer pre-recorded options for selecting individuals or departments. There is no limitation on how many you can have. Music or customized messages can be played when a call is on hold.

Voicemail / voicemail to email / fax to email

Voicemails can be accessed and changed on the extension or via email.Users can receive email notifications when they have a new voicemail message, and faxes can be forwarded to email.

Ipiphony 2.B Release

Queue Management Application
In the 2.b release, users and administrators have more capabilities within the Queue Management Application. Added buttons allow users to easily log in and out, pause calls and retrieve them. The user does not need to be logged into the queue to retrieve calls. Administrators now have the power to add and remove queue agents.

Address Book Application
Ipiphony now comes standard with an address book that allows you to store company and customer contacts, accessible by everyone on the system. The interface supports click to dial and click to email features.

Scheduled Conferences Application
Schedule conference calls ahead of time with Ipiphony's updated conference application. The interface shows completed, current and future conferences. Customized features are available on an individual call basis; create access codes and other specifications for each conference call.
